Coronavirus (COVID-19)

UPDATE: 3/17/2020 11:30 AM | A message to our customers

As we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, we have decided that beginning today; we will be temporarily limiting face-to-face contact in our branches. This decision is in accordance with the Social Distancing recommendations offered by the CDC and the World Health Organization. We will, however, remain open for business, and we will continue to service your banking needs via our drive-thrus, our phones, and our electronic services.

Effective Tuesday, March 17th, teller services at our Crawford and Temple locations will be available exclusively in our drive-thrus.  Access to the lobby and all other in-bank services will be limited and only available upon request.

If you’d like assistance with something, we’d encourage you to contact us at any of the numbers listed below. A member of our team will be able to visit with you about how we can best accommodate your needs. If you do come into one of our locations, please know that we’re following guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to keep you safe. We may have periodic location closures to allow for enhanced cleanings or because of staffing shifts; we will do our best to reduce any inconvenience to you. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home or seek medical attention as warranted.
